Lifeline Zero 360 Fire Bottle Service & Recertification is required by the SFI Foundation for Lifeline fire systems every two years, or whenever they have been activated. We provide factory-trained recharging services to ensure the utmost safety in your car's Lifeline fire-suppression system.
The Zero 360 Sprint Car bottle packs all the components of a fully plumbed in fire system into an efficient and compact fire bottle. Because of this, every time your Zero 360 Sprint Car bottle is sent in for a recertification or refill, it goes through an extensive rebuild procedure to ensure it functions as-new. The bottle is completely disassembled, and every part is cleaned and inspected for damage. Every O-ring, seal, and gasket is replaced, as is our unique lightweight aluminum cylinder, which is a one time use (pressurized and depressurized) item. The few reused mechanical components are inspected for damage, and are replaced if needed pending approval of expense. Each bottle undergoes a 24-hour pressure test before it is shipped back to you as a fully rebuilt system.
